SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Each person follows their own program.

Semi-private training allows multiple clients to train at the same time while still following individualized programming. Instead of everyone performing the same workout, each person follows a structured plan built specifically around their goals, experience level, and physical needs.

During these sessions, clients train alongside a small group while still receiving hands-on coaching and guidance throughout the workout.

Each client follows their own program while I provide:

• Technique coaching and form corrections
• Guidance on proper weights and exercise progressions


• Adjustments based on recovery, strength, and performance


• Accountability and structured progression over time

Because every client is following an individualized plan, this format allows you to progress toward your specific goals while still benefiting from the energy and accountability of a small training environment.

Semi-private training typically includes 2–3 clients per session, which allows for meaningful coaching attention while also making the training experience more cost-effective than traditional one-on-one sessions.

This option works well for people who:

• Want personalized programming but prefer a slightly more social training environment


• Are motivated by training alongside others


• Want structured coaching at a lower cost than one-on-one personal training
