Over the years there have been a wide assortment of experiences that have led up to this point. High school had just come to an end and the next steps were unclear. Had no idea what I was doing but loved to pretend to. One day a local gym caught my eye, went to apply and the manager and I sat down for an interview. Next thing you know I am hired on as a fitness manager, running a small gym out in the Chicago suburbs. While working there I began to find a passion in fitness and soon found out that the fulfillment to help others was becoming strong. As time went on, after seeing what some of the trainers were doing, how passionate they were and the responses some of their clients gave, it just began to resonate with me. After this I decided to start working towards becoming a personal trainer. After getting certified through NASM, I left that location and started my path as a personal trainer. After some time had passed I ended up leaving and moving out to Colorado to spend time in nature, pursue training, and to expand my education. After spending 4 years out there I moved back here to Chicago where I began to work independently as a free lance personal trainer. Since the return back here i've helped many people with weight loss, rehab, strength/conditioning and endurance training. It has been a journey and some of the people i've met along the way have been absolutely amazing. Since i've begun I’ve only received positive feedback from each individual that has decided to work with me. Everyone who works with me always ends up having a great experience that they can use to enhance and improve their own! My compassion, understanding, empathy and ability to connect with others is what people have to look forward to, because health and fitness is about more than just getting in shape and losing weight but having a positive perspective and mindset that will help lead you to long term success.

VICTORIA SAWICKI

Hi I’m Victoria and I have a passion for fitness and nutrition. I currently am NASM certified trainer. A major event happened in my life which was during 2014. 1 was 14 years old and I was in school when all of a sudden my dad called me and said that my mom has cancer . I froze In the moment and felt my heart sink and I just couldn’t believe it. From that day on I needed to keep myself up and do whatever It takes to make my mom happy. I saw my mom one day working out to a video and I was hooked and started to try  these workout videos myself. It was one of the main things keeping me up during the worst times of my life. Exercising was a way of clearing my mind and pushing myself to be stronger and faster. It was a way to remind me who I am. I  proved to myself my discipline and dedication. l wouldn’t let the fear of losing my mom take over my mind and bring me down. Thankfully to this day my mom beat cancer and I’m happy to have her by my side motivating me to go after my goals. After high school I was set to becoming a nurse and got accepted into a nursing program. There was a project in my nursing course which was to help an elderly person in my community. The goal was to help elderly people move more efficiently and eat healthier by creating an exercise and nutrition plan. These dreams and goals helped me truly realize my passion towards fitness, which completely changed my path. I want to help others stop the root cause of their medical issues before they become serious and by creating a nutrition and exercise plan this can become a reality. Being able to change a persons life, inspiring them to thrive, live a healthy and happy life, is something I find that makes me love what I do. Cooking has become a passion of mine and I love to create meal preps for people with the hopes that they can understand that food is fuel not only for body but mind and soul. When starting to eat healthy and cutting out unnecessary foods, I felt I took control of my life and am able to feel energized for my workouts and see the results I am after. My goal as a trainer is to help those who want to prove themselves too. Whether it’s to be stronger mentally and physically or to change thier mindset to live a healthier life, the journey won’t be easy as you will be challenged. In the end it really comes down to how much effort, dedication, consistency, and discipline you are willing put into something.
